This course aims to provide training and skills development in Hospitality Management, commercial cookery and kitchen operations; a overview of Hospitality Management and commercial cookery methods and preparation of food; advanced skills and knowledge for entry to and operation within the hospitality industry at a supervisory level; interpersonal skills essential for a career in the hospitality industry.
Entry requirements:
Pre-requisites for entry into this course are students must be over 18 years of age, students must have completed an overseas equivalent of Year 12, students must have either an IELTS score of 5.5 or above or a TOEFL score of 550 or above and must provide documentation to that effect.
