Course description:
The Bachelors Honours program is designed for students who have graduated with a three-year undergraduate degree in theology or ministry from the ACT (BTh, BMin) and who have demonstrated high academic potential as a means of preparing men and women for advanced research in theology and ministry.
Entry requirements:
From 2009, open as a degree to persons who hold the Bachelor of Theology or Bachelor of Ministry with a GPA of at least 2.8, with 2.8 in the designated field of study to be pursued in the Honours program. Until the end of 2008, BTh or BMin graduates will require an overall GPA of 2.0 and 2.0 in the designated field of study. All students wishing to enrol in the BTh(Hons) program must have successfully completed at least 8 cps in either Biblical Hebrew (LA003) or New Testament Greek (LA004) and at least 8 cps of biblical language exegesis in their initial theology degree. All students wishing to enrol in the BMin(Hons) program must have successfully completed at least 4 cps of biblical languages in their initial degree in ministry.
