Course description:

This course aims to provide the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent as a senior manager in any hospitality functional area. Employment may be gained in many hospitality enterprises, including restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes, cafeterias and coffee shops. It includes business analysis, business design and making business decisions.

Entry requirements:

Students should complete Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery), Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) and Diploma of Hospitality.
